UI Designer
<p><span>We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to ensure visual quality and consistency across our products. You will translate different brand identities into high-quality digital experiences, supported by a scalable Design System. You will work in an agile environment focused on continuous improvement.</span></p><h2 id="responsabilities">What you will do</h2><div><div id="responsibilities-text"><div><ul><li><p>Design high-fidelity interfaces, collaborating with Developers, POs, and UX Designers to create visually clear, consistent, and user-centered solutions;</p></li><li><p>Shape the evolution and maintenance of the Design System, using Atomic Design principles to structure libraries, components, and documentation in Figma;</p></li><li><p>Ensure that design decisions are correctly implemented and improve the design-to-code handoff;</p></li><li><p>Create interactive prototypes to define component behavior, states, and micro-interactions when needed;</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous improvement of UI practices, keeping up to date with design and technology trends.</p></li></ul></div></div></div><h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2><div><div id="requirements-text"><div><ul><li><p>Extensive experience in UI Design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual execution and design system work;</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in working on scalable digital products or multi-brand ecosystems;</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, and complex library management);</p></li><li><p>Attention to brand consistency and visual detail;</p></li><li><p>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with autonomy and ownership;</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).</p></li></ul></div><div><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li><p>Front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) and understanding of how design decisions translate into code;</p></li><li><p>Experience with Design Ops, workflow optimization, or managing design systems across multiple brands;</p></li><li><p>Awareness of accessibility principles (WCAG) and inclusive component design.
