We're looking for a Business Developer who's well-versed in the public
sector. If you have a genuine interest in the commercial field and are

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in the private and public sector
(map and monitor public procurement processes).
- Know the different typologies and formats of public procurement.
- Use public procurement platforms (mainly Vortal and Acingov).
- Know the context and process of contracting within the European
Union (ted eTenders).
- Present the Tangível Group to potential clients in the private sector
and also public institutions and bodies.
- Write, budget and present commercial proposals together with the
technical team.
- Create and analyze strategic partnerships that support business
development.
- Negotiate contracts: contract terms, prices and conditions with
direct customers and procurement departments.
- Understand the different types and formats of public procurement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Developer.
- Experience working with public tenders.
- Legal knowledge related to public tenders (Public Procurement Code in Portugal).
- Knowledge of the IT/Digital market.
- Knowledge of the UX/Design market (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Negotiation capability.
- Ability to present complex proposals, ideas and concepts in a captivating way.
- Ability to find solutions, work in a fast pace environement and be resilience.
- Fluent English.
